PROMO PERIOD : MAY 1, 2021 TO APRIL 30, 2022
RAFFLE PROMO MECHANICS:

The promo is open to any CWSLAI member-borrower who avails of any of the loan services of the Association and is entitled to one (1) raffle entry for every P100, 000 approved aggregate gross loans for the day.

Only member-borrowers with no past-due loan shall be entitled to join the raffle and must be in good credit standing at the time of the raffle draw.

CWSLAI officers, employees, members of the Board of Trustees, and their relatives up to 2nd degree of consanguinity or affinity are not qualified to join the raffle draw.

Raffle tickets will be issued to member-borrowers by releasing clerk upon release of loan check.

Participants must completely fill-up the raffle coupon with complete name, address, contact number, and affix signature. Participants must drop their entry at drop boxes located at the releasing area.

Raffle coupons that are not completely filled-up are automatically disqualified from the raffle promo.
RAFFLE DRAWS AND PRIZES:
1. There will be four (4) minor raffle draws in NCR, Luzon and Visayas-Mindanao area which will be conducted via tambiolo at CWSLAI Main Office located at CWSLAI Bldg., Bayani Road Corner A. Luna Avenue Fort Bonifacio, Taguig City, 4:00PM in the presence of DTI representative (live streaming via CWSLAI official facebook page). Below is the schedule of minor raffle draw and the corresponding number of winners:

​2. Grand prizes will be drawn on May 20, 2022 at CWSLAI Main Office located at CWSLAI Bldg., Bayani Road Corner A. Luna Avenue Fort Bonifacio, Taguig City., 4:00PM in the presence of DTI representative (live streaming via CWSLAI official Facebook page). Below is the schedule of grand raffle draw and the corresponding number of winners.

3. A member can only win one (1) prize during each raffle draw,​ if a member wins more than once, he will get the prize with higher value.
4. All non-winning entries of each quarterly draw will still be entitled to the Grand Raffle Draw.
5. Non-cash prizes are not convertible to cash.
6. 20% tax for prizes exceeding P10,000.00 shall be shouldered by CWSLAI. Other expenses i.e., vehicle registration, vehicle insurance, and other related fees shall be shouldered by the winner.

7. There will be four (4) raffle draws (2nd, 3rd, 4th and Grand Raffle Draw) in the small, medium and large category which will be conducted via tambiolo at CWSLAI Main Office located at CWSLAI Bldg., Bayani Road Corner A. Luna Avenue Fort Bonifacio, Taguig City, 4:00PM in the presence of DTI Representative (live streaming via CWSLAI official Facebook page). Below is the schedule of the four (4) raffle draw and the corresponding number of winners:
NOTIFICATION AND ANNOUNCEMENT OF WINNERS
1. Names of the winners of each raffle draw will be posted on CWSLAI Website, CWSLAI official Facebook page, the CWSLAI official Instagram account, and in all CWSLAI offices nationwide. Winners will be notified immediately via registered mail, phone call, and email by CWSLAI authorized representative.
2. Prizes not claimed after sixty (60) days from receipt of the registered mail shall be forfeited in favor of CWSLAI with prior DTI approval.
HOW TO CLAIM THE PRIZES
1. Minor prizes can be claimed at the CWSLAI office where the winner transacts.
2. Grand prizes can only be claimed at CWSLAI Main Office located at CWSLAI Bldg. Bayani Road Corner A. Luna Avenue Fort Bonifacio, Taguig City.
